The person I checked in with, Isabel, I think her name was, what a rude person. I understand the hotel policies, but there are ways to say them. I work in customer service and it's important that the people who come to the business where I work are happy while they are there and leave happy so they come back. These last two weeks, for personal reasons, I've had to stay in hotels, and of the ones I found, I really liked this one, but after this experience, I'm thinking about going back.

The room had sticky floors. The was really hard the close. Definitely needs to be remodeled. It needs an elevator for the people that have trouble with stairs.
