The staff was very friendly and helpful. We travel with a service dog-they made sure we had a first floor room. The room was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast offered many hot items and a great selection of food and coffees. The bathroom was a little small. The only improvement I would recommend is more outlets for charging devices. Will definitely stay again.
