I didn’t know this room was connected to the owner’s house with just a blocked-off door in between. There was a lot of noise from the owners and their dog barking off and on. The view was beautiful, but overall I wouldn’t stay here again.

We arrived a bit later than we wanted to, thank you LA traffic, but had the pleasure of being greeted by the amazing view and soft lights of Santa Barbara. This VRBO is simply amazing. Upon arrival we were greeted by the host who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Parking was easy. Inside and out, the VRBO is exactly as advertised, although in person it’s even more impressive. The space includes a mid sized refrigerator, a microwave, a small bar area, a queen bed, a flat screen tv, excellent air conditioning, although it’s Santa Barbara and you probably won’t need it, an amazing bathroom with a beautiful shower. Outside you can enjoy a private seating area with a view overlooking downtown Santa Barbara and the ocean. You’re also minutes from everything. My wife and I highly recommend this VRBO! 5 stars!

Three nights was perfect in this accomodation. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom. The view was fantastic. Enjoyed the beaches and sights during the day and was happy to have this to return to at night.

Secluded Romantic Getaway with A Beautiful View!!

Gregory happily greeted us upon arrival. What a happy and joyful man! The room was neat, clean and the bed comfortable. A nice bottle of wine and a chocolate bar was a lovely touch from our host. We sad outside in our little patio area to enjoy the magnificent view of the city and coastline views and enjoyed our wine. We were in town for a family wedding! Thank you Gregory for the beautiful stay!

Beautiful Spot!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Although Gregory wasnt aware of our visit when we arrived he immediately made it ready for us and was extremely hospitable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, it was clean, large enough, and the view was amazing! The only issue i had was my trip was too short :)

Pictures don’t do justice

Check in was very easy. Host was responsive and very nice. It’s pretty small perfect for a couple. The room was complete with all the small things you may need. There were hangers, plenty of towels, a Keurig, candles, iPhone charger, and even a microwave. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Besides that we only relied on rideshare and a few times the driver did not want to drive up the hill. We had to walk down. The view was beautiful at night and watching sunrise in bed was awesome. The average cost for Lyft to downtown was about $10. I would definitely stay again.

Up in the Hills

Property is located on the windy roads of the hills in Santa Barbara. Place was immaculate and view is beautiful. Arrival was a little nerve racking since we were told the reservation was cancelled. All is well in the end.

Lovely hill-top stay in Santa Barbara

Our stay in SB was exactly as advertised. We were greeted with stunning views, a clean and cozy space to call home for 3 days. When we arrived, Gregory greeted us with a wonderful smile and the warm welcome set the tone for a beautiful long weekend. The location is a short drive away from all SB had to offer and I would stay here again without question.
