The furnishings were worn and it was like a glorified motel 6. We did not stay for breakfast due to a flight home. The cost was not worth the room. Had to pay $20 additional parking fee and the lot was empty. Stupid!

I stayed at The Leta for a solo birthday trip. The hotel has a mid century modern design with an old school station wagon parked out front. When I arrived, the check-in line was literally out the door (I came during a time when one of the towns annual events was being held). Despite that, the check-in process was still smooth. The manager gave me a complimentary bottle of champagne for my bday. The cocktails and food at the on-site restaurant was delicious. I ate there a few times, LOL. Both the restaurant staff and hotel staff were friendly and helpful; they gave me suggestions on what to see and do while in Santa Barbara. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay there again.

The couch bed was no cushion. All springs! I could not sleep. I was up all night. I had a service dog and they put us in an upstairs room which was very inconvenient. I tried to get moved and they said they had nothing else. I would like to talk to management. It was the worst night ever and I would like a refund.
