Se trata de una planta baja 1.235 condominio pies cuadrados que está bellamente decorado. Usted puede caminar a la derecha de su lanai cubierto de pantalla a los jardines del patio central y luego a la piscina y la playa. Cuenta con un extra grande Lanai Proyectado, dos dormitorios, dos baños, gran salón, comedor y una cocina totalmente equipada con asientos adicionales.

Nuestro condominio se actualizó en 2016 y 2017 con 3 nuevos televisores, pisos nuevos, baños nuevos, ventanas y puertas de impacto nuevas, electrodomésticos de cocina nuevos, lavadora y secadora. El dormitorio principal es lujoso con una cama King size y el dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas individuales, con ropa de cama nueva y un tema de playa. Los aparatos electrónicos incluyen un televisor de pantalla plana de 55 ", un televisor en cada una de las habitaciones, reproductores de VCR y DVD, internet WIFI y un reproductor de CD.

Este condominio tiene una cocina bien surtida con todos los electrodomésticos pequeños que pueda necesitar. También incluye sillas de playa, juguetes de arena y un carrito de Tommy Bahama para llevar todo.

Una piscina climatizada, pistas de tenis, baraja y barbacoa parrillas son sólo algunas de las comodidades de Loggerhead Cay. No se permite fumar dentro del condominio.

Great stay!!!

The communication with the owner was great, very accommodating. They gave great recommendations of places to go and restaurants to eat for all times of the day. The condo itself was very clean and updated. It had all of the amenities that a family would need; chairs, wagon, beach toys, cooler, beach umbrella, etc. The grounds were also very well maintained with no complaints at all. The beach was and pool were great as well. Sanibel is obviously known for the shells and did not disappoint. Steve and Wanda were amazing hosts, and would highly recommend their place. We will will definitely be coming back to their place. Thank you!

Great time in beautiful Sanibel condo

We had a great first time in Sanibel. The condo is very clean and spacious, everything looks brand new, big kitchen with everything you need to cook, was there. The pool and beach are just steps away, and Sanibel is beautiful with its many birds and shells. Our 6 year old daughter had a great time making friends with the many children and families vacationing at Loggerhead Cay. We highly recommend this place.

A happy return

Cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay! This was our first time back to the island after losing our timeshare to the hurricane. And this couldn’t have been a better spot. Our family of four loved everything about the condo. It was spacious and clean and beautiful. Our girls loved the bedroom with colorful matching twin beds. It was equipped with everything we needed and more. Loading up the cart and walking down to the beach was a breeze! Many happy tears were shed. Already looking to book again!

Sisters Annual Vacation

We had an amazing week. The condo and property was perfect. We had everything we needed. The host provided a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms as well as beach towels, beach chairs and a wagon to haul everything to the beach. The pool was great as well. My family and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a quick walk to the beach and had all the amenities needed. The owner is very responsive and helpful. What a great property to welcome us back to Sanibel. My husband and I have not been to Sanibel since 2015, and this year we came back with children. It was such a great time. Very convenient location, and great ammenities. The outdoor patio offered a beach wagon, beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas. The communcation with Steve was wonderful. Happy return!

This was our first trip to Sanibel since Ian and we were excited but a little apprehensive too. This rental couldn’t have been any better for our return. We love staying at this condo. Everything was exceptionally clean and well decorated. We enjoyed the many conveniences in the condo and the closeness of the beach. I can not say enough great things not only about the condo but the owner Steve. We came in 2 days after Helene hit. The condo has a great layout. Everything was clean and new. This condo has a nice location. Just about everything a renter might need is provided. The condo owner was alway accessible and stayed in contact with us. It is a drsma free rental.

Beautiful Condo

We have rented from Steve and Wanda many times and have always found their unit in immaculate condition. Besides being a first floor unit which is great to transport luggage, it is a short walk to the pool or beach. For us, it is the perfect vacation to travel to Sanibel, enjoy the many fine restaurants and just relax and enjoy the beauty of the island.

This was our third time staying at Steve and Wanda’s place and we can’t ever say enough about it. It’s the perfect location in a very nice area. Our family loves coming here for our vacations and we always have the best time. The new condo updates are gorgeous!
