Checked in went to room toilet was broken would not flush had to call. They had to switch rooms. Had to pack up. Go back down and get a key pack. Everything up move to different room. This was very hard for me. I have a chronic illness and had just traveled and was ready to relax then in the middle of the night at midnight fire alarm went off, we had to evacuate so did not get good. Sleep overall very poor experience. I got the room that had the lake view to have an enjoyable night and it was nothing but enjoyable.

We did have a good time even in off season. Pool and workout room came in handy. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. I would like to see regular sliced bread at the breakfast bar and a little more variety in breakfast selection. Also a microwave in the breakfast area to heat up the eggs and sandwiches a little more. Thank you
