Room wasn’t ready upon arrival at 8:30 pm. Had to check in with a virtual assistant as opposed to a person. Once in room, it was dated and not fully clean. Shower curtain had mildew on the bottom. Room next door smelled of marijuana. Breakfast was okay, but some items were missing.

Deceiving

It was a misconception due to the web site and the actual place. In the pictures the bathroom was bigger, there was no sink in the restroom I booked for 3 and was only given accommodation for 2. I had to ask for extra blankets and toiletries for the 3rd person. On the website it looked modern but when we got there it was not. None of the ice machines worked. I had to go to the gas station to get ice. The workers were nice and friendly. I possibly would never stay there again. I feel I should be compensated for the discretions.

Room was musty and freezing. Had to turn heat on in summer. Was told breakfast was until 10.30 got there at 9.45 to find out it end at 9.30 on Friday. The cook was kind enough to make up food. Overall 2 stars

Upon checking in to the hotel the 1st room we were given smelled really bad of mildew and the carpet felt wet, the 2nd room was much better looked way more cleaner and still had a mild smell of the mildew

The front sliding door of the property was damaged. A whole chunk of the sliding door by the bottom was missing. In the lobby, the furniture was messy and the floor definitely could have been swept. Our room, when my husband went to use the restroom and lifted the seat, he said it was not clean. The room was extremely humid and felt wet. The carpet was wet. There were hairs in the shower. We only stayed here because we were here for bash at the bay and needed to stay. Definitely would not recommend

The breakfast was ok, but the eggs weren't good! Some of the staff were not friendly at all! We had to ask for wash cloths & trash bags. Tne ice machine did NOT work. The pool & pool area was not clean. Finally, the bed & pilliws were way to firm, making my back & neck hurt.
