Enjoy this newly renovated vacation home, centrally located less than five minutes from Cedar Point, ten minutes from SportsForce Park and just a few blocks to island ferries, bars restaurants and shops in downtown Sandusky! With three spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms stocked with travel amenities, an eat-in kitchen with coffee and bottled water, bar area, two-car garage, washer and dryer, large backyard dining space and grill, you can rest assured your vacation dreams will come true!

This home has an open floor plan with a master ensuite (with a full bathroom) on one side of the home. The master has a queen bed and a television as well as a walk-in closet. The living room separates this area from the other two bedrooms and full bathroom. The living room has a memory foam queen sleeper sofa and a 65 inch tv. The two bedrooms on the north end of the home each have queen beds and televisions. Every bedroom is equipped with a white noise machine for guests comfort. The home also has a full- size washer and dryer with All Free Clear Pods and Bounce Free dryer sheets provided. The backyard is privacy fenced (not secured with gates) and has an outdoor dining set with umbrella, extra chairs, and stainless steel propane grill for use.

**This unit is equipped with a Minut noise and occupancy monitor. The device is unobtrusive and does not record / store any personal data or voice recordings at anytime.**

-We can not accommodate check-ins earlier than 4 pm.

**The property observes Quiet Hours every day between 10 pm and 7 am. We appreciate your cooperation**

This house is situated in an urban neighborhood very close to Sandusky Bay. Most of the neighbors are full-time residents or seasonal boaters. The neighbors just to the north sport colorful "island" boathouses and a fun and charming neighborhood atmosphere. The house sits on a street that sees a lot of pedestrian and automotive traffic. It is a main road into Sandusky and gives guests easy access to area attractions like Cedar Point, SportsForce and the Lake Erie Islands. The neighborhood even has a couple of popular eateries and bars just a block or two away. If you have any questions, please ask or use Google Maps to explore the area.

-All bedding and sheets can remain on the beds.
-Towels can be left on the bathroom floors.

-Please load and start the dishwasher prior to departure or clean and put away the dishes you used.

-If you used the outdoor propane grill, please ensure that burners and propane tank are turned off.

-Please ensure the patio door is locked upon departure. There is both a handle lock and a foot lock that must be locked.

-Please ensure the Yale Smartlock on the green front door is locked upon your departure by pressing the Yale button.

We had a great stay. The property is perfectly located for doing anything you want around Sandusky and for getting to Cedar Point with barely any effort. Manager was also very responsive and helpful. Would stay again and recommend.

We stayed at this VRBO for a trip to Cedar Point. Couldn't have been better! Location to Cedar Point was about a 5 minute drive. David and Christine were very quick to respond to any questions that I may have had, which I didn't have much due to their thoroughness and detail in each email sent prior to showing up for our stay. The check in process was great with a digital keypad lock, the cleanliness of the house was immaculate, bedding provided was comfortable. You could tell they put a lot of thought into every detail for their guests. For example, they had a crib and monitor in the large main closet for any babies that could be staying there. I thought that was really neat! They had a lovely Fiji water in the fridge for each of us, which was 8. You are able to park in the garage however BOTH of our SUV's did not fit but that was fine, they fit in the driveway. They do utilize a sound device to ensure that their guests are keeping it down during quiet hours. We had no problem with this and the homes around us respected quietness as well. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice stay in Sandusky. David and Christine are fantastic and very polite!

Best rental we have ever had!

Excellent location to Cedar Point! The house was immaculate, and owner was extremely communicative and gave us an abundance of information before our stay in regards to restaurants and activities. The house was stocked with everything we needed and we enjoyed grilling out and playing cornhole in the backyard one night. Very quiet neighborhood- the beds were extremely comfortable and plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 children on our stay.

Great resting spot

We were visiting for a dance competition in the local area. Have attended in the past and used hotels, but this was a much nicer experience and my daughter invited other friends/dancers. Amazing amenities and the owners were incredibly responsive. I have never stayed in a cleaner home/room/hotel in my life. Exactly what we needed for what can sometimes be a chaotic and tiring week.

Nice house!

This is a recently remodeled house convenient to everything in Sandusky and Cedar Point. Everything was in great condition and very clean upon arrival. The yard was big and well maintained so ideal for hanging out on the patio. Communication with the host was great. They checked on us before getting there and after arrival. If going to Sandusky, this is a great home to stay in!

Wanted to love it but was disappointed

We came to Sandusky for a baseball tournament and have been visiting for the past three years. Our teams will continue to come, so I was hoping to find a rental we could return to each year. When I booked this home, I thought it might be the perfect fit.The house itself is in excellent condition—very clean, comfortable beds, and a nice amount of space to relax after long days at the ball fields. It was such a welcome change from staying in cramped hotel rooms.However, when we arrived, we were immediately hit with a very strong smell of cigarette smoke as soon as we entered. It was overwhelming. We unloaded our things and left shortly after, but the smell lingered—I could smell it in my hair, and even my kids commented on it right away.We contacted the host, who was genuinely surprised and stated that the home is non-smoking. He came over to change the air filter and tried to help, which we appreciated, but unfortunately it didn’t solve the issue.Because of the strong smoke odor, we won’t be returning to this rental. It was a big disappointment, especially since the property itself was otherwise great. Hopefully this issue can be fully resolved for future guests.

The listing is spot on!! The home is beautiful, cute and quaint. My daughter picked it out for her 17th birthday weekend in conjunction with a dance competition. We were comfortable from the moment we booked the home. Everything about the owners and home were so welcoming and I highly recommended staying with them. You won’t be disappointed!!

Perfect stay

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and the location of the house to the sports park was perfect- 7 minute drive! The house was also central to many things to do and so close to the lake! This was a very nice rental, super clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! The host was wonderful at communicating and recommended some great dining options in the area as well. The added touch of water and coffee along with toiletries was so nice because it meant we had less to pack. We had a wonderful stay and hope to book again the next time we are in the area.

Great Location

This property was perfect for our band family's week-long stay for performances at Cedar Point. It was just a short drive to the park. The house is well furnished and clean. The only place we stay now in Sandusky

This was our 3rd stay here and it was just as excellent as our first 2 trips. The home is spacious enough for our family of 5, clean, and has all of the amenities we need. We were in town for a baseball tournament at Sports Force Park, which was only an 8 minute drive from the house (same drive time as Cedar Point). You can’t beat the value and convenience, and David is a super-responsive host. I can’t recommend this house highly enough.

Gorgeous Home and Terrific Location

My daughter and I came to Sandusky for a dance competition. David and Christine were wonderful hosts! They were very communicative starting a few days prior to our trip and checked in during our stay to make sure all was well. They provided a detailed list of nearby attractions and restaurants which was incredibly helpful. We went to a few of the restaurants they recommended and they were absolutely delicious. The house is in a perfect location - a few minutes drive to downtown (or am easy walk if you want some exercise). The house was spotless upon arrival. and is also beautifully decorated. We felt right at home. David and Christine provided several amenities - coffee, bottled water, toiletries, etc. - which just highlights their level of hospitality. If we’re back in Sandusky, we will definitely stay here again!
