My first stay at a pension. Nicolasa has an amazing location in Old Town very walkable to sights and most of the famous pinxto bars. 24 hour coffee service at reception. Great air conditioning. A BM grocery market is right next door— very convenient!

It’s a no thrills property executed perfectly. The location is second to none. Room was spotless and we enjoyed the water coffee and coke provided each day. They even had umbrellas for the rainy day we had.

Location was perfect.Room was perfect easy access with elevator great coffee and tea offered 24/7. It was a delight to stay here. I would definitely stay here again. It was on the second floor and signage and instructions were poor on how to access the hotel. It did have an elevator luckily! It was otherwise terrific! Very helpful staff and in a great location. I highly recommend it.

This was a great choice for exploring San Sebastian. Just a few steps from the Old Town with all its pintxos but also close to parks, beaches and other attractions. Our "Economy" room was small (the large bed filled all the available floor space) but spotless with all the amenities. And the espresso machine in the lobby was a lifesaver. I can't say enough about the staff, who were welcoming, friendly and helpful with recommendations and advice. Three first floor rooms share a terrace, which is a nice option, especially for families. And some of the other rooms are larger. But if you're out and about all day, the economy room is fine. I would definitely stay here again.
