We paid for the “ Premium” room and you only get 2 waters with the room and no ice! A glass of ice is $5 . The bar was even instructed to not give it out without paying . If someone pays almost $500 per night I don’t expect to pay for a cup of ice. The staff in dining room and the van drivers were super nice and friendly and helpful. Overall beautiful hotel but needs to work on service and amenities for the price they charge. Not the service for what they charge."
