Beach was beautiful and there was hardly ever anyone else on the beach with us! The busiest day, there were 6 other people around. It’s hard to believe there is still a peaceful, quiet beach around! The pool was also very nice and empty most of the time. Condo was very clean. Beds were very comfortable! Couches were also very comfortable! I would highly recommend and would definitely book again!

Absolutely recommend. Everything about this place was excellent. The location right next to a beautiful beach. About 30 minutes to Viejo San Juan. 20 minutes to El Yunque and Luquillo Beach. Its removed enough from the city to be on the quiet side. Clean and comfortable. If we didnt have so many things to do we would have been perfectly happy relaxing at the apartment. We are extremely happy we chose this location for our stay in Puerto Rico.

Appreciated the quick communication before and during the stay. Our 5 year old walked into the unit and immediately said it felt like home. Luis has done a wonderful job of making this unit comfortable, clean, and somewhere you enjoy coming back to at the end of your day. The beds were fantastic and there was plenty of room to spread out and unpack. We were able to take advantage of the pool and beach just steps away from the unit, and were never far away from the beaches and other activities on the east side of the island. We would recommend this unit to friends and family travelling to the area.

This apartment was perfect for my family.of 3s week long get away to Puerto Rico ! The location was great. Very quite, right on the beach, and the 2 bed 2 bath made it convenient for everyones need of space. There are many quality restaurants in the area, as well as grocery and amenities. The proximity to both the city and the national forest allowed for us to check all the boxes for our touring wants. Host was very helpful and communicated with us well. We will be back!

Wonderful stay!

We spent 4 lovely days at the property. Luis is an amazing host. He responded quickly and provided a lot of tips for things to do and places to eat. The property is exactly as described with access to a secluded beach and a pool. There is no hot tub, even though it was listed. Being outside the city made it fairly quiet, except for the the occasional roosters.

Luis was very easy to communicate with and made us feel right at home, answered our questions whenever we had them. His home is equipped with EVERYTHING you need. Litttle things matter and this apartment exceeded our expectations. We would for sure stay here again. Luis’ instructions were spot on and amazing.

Great stay but could be better

Good place and quiet neighboorhood with access to private beach. The only thing bad is on the Third Floor with No elevator so you have to lift all your suitcases 2 flight up stairs No straight view to the beach only to parking lot.

Amazing stay

This was our first time in Puerto Rico. The communication with Luis was from beginning on smooth and fast. He sent us a lot of recommendations, was always available and patient with my many questions. We loved the beach in front of the apartment but also the beaches around. There are not a lot of restaurants nearby but we either cooked or ate downtown. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean. We would definitely recommend it and come back. Thank you Luis !
