Palma Vista is a gated community located adjacent to Seven Seas Beach. The villa is a spacious 1,883 sq. ft. property located on the second floor of a very tranquil and gated community. The villa provides ample space to enjoy with family and kids, there is a large balcony perfect for morning coffee. The villa has been recently furnished and decorated. There are is a Master bedroom with a queen bed and a Master bath, and access to the balcony. There are two additional rooms and a full bathroom. We provide Free WIFI, DVD player, and Smart TV in the Master Bedroom and living room. There is NO cable at the villa. We are now fully air conditioned (set to 72*F) and have a fully equipped kitchen.
The house is equipped for 6 guests.
We provide one house key and one pedestrian gate key, as well as one gate beeper for entry exclusively via car.

We ask that you please declare any breakages to the Property Manager.

Guests have access to the entire home, except for a closet that has been locked to safeguard the owner’s belongings. There is also access to the Pool, Gazebo and Playground. Also, the pool has been newly resurfaced and redesigned; a video is available if asked for.

Paddle board available for rent during your stay, price depends on the extent of your stay.
We provide beach chairs, towels, cart, and cooler.
Board games area available in the villa.

Although Seven Seas Beach is just steps from the Villa we recommend that you rent a car to be able to fully enjoy and explore the area. There are two designated parking spaces and additional visitors parking.
There are a couple of restaurants walking distance from the Villa. There is no reliable public transportation near the area. Taxi Companies are available.

Our beach villa is located adjacent to the beautiful Seven Seas beach, a certified Blue Flag beach. This makes the perfect ambiance and circumstances for a wonderful day on the beach. The calm waves and amazing scenery are perfect for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, and paddle-boarding. The sand and sea are safe for kids with crystal-clear water and small waves.
If you are feeling adventurous and go off the beaten path there are secluded beaches that are like none other, such as Playa Escondida, Playa Colora, and Playa Gobernador. These are just a short hike within the Seven Seas beach area.
Las Cabezas de San Juan Natural Reserve protects the Laguna Grande bioluminescent bay. The reserve is located within walking distance from the villa. They provide guided educational tours for the family. There are several guided tours and local companies can take you on a nighttime kayak tour to view the bioluminescent organisms in the bay.

The Conquistador, A Waldorf Astoria Resort is just a 5-minute drive. For the avid golfer, the Resort has an Arthur Hills designed 18 holes and 72 par golf course. They also provide a variety of fine dining experiences with stunning views.

The Yunque National Forest is known as the lungs of the Caribbean and consists of 29,000 acres of tropical rainforest. El Yunque has amazing flora and fauna, waterfalls, marked trails, and natural pools. El Yunque is approximately 15 miles from the villa which is about 20-30 minutes away. If you’re looking for some high adventure you can book a Zipline tour at El Yunque. On your return for El Yunque, you can visit the spectacular Luquillo Beach and its Kiosks with all sorts of local food treats.

Since Puerto Rico is an archipelago (a group of small islands) there are numerous uninhabited islands that you may visit. There are charter expeditions and Catamaran excursions that can take you on a beautiful boat ride and a full beach day to visit the amazing islands.
If you would like to venture to one of our Municipal Islands, Vieques and Culebra, and experience the spectacular and unparalleled beaches you reach them by ferry boat or plane ride. The Ceiba Ferry station is just a 20-minute drive from the villa and a one hour long boat ride. The plane ride can be taken from Ceiba airport which is 20 minutes away from the villa.

Fajardo is known for its local cuisine, with a large variety of restaurants that feature fresh seafood from local fishermen markets. Although you can cook a full meal in the villa, we recommend that you at least one night, taste and enjoy our local cuisine.
The children can enjoy the pool, beach, and they can also visit the children’s park, which is also walking distance from the villa. Kids can play mini golf, run through water columns, ride Go-Karts and climb the “multi-adventure” circuit.

Another Fabulous stay!

This is our e second stay in this condo and better than the first since roadwork was done and super easy beach access. Having use of the paddle board is great and the drying rack was awesome. Kids loved the pool best, but I loved snorkeling the reef (Pirate shack snorkeling 0.3 mi down the road is great). Fabulous location for exploring the East side of island and easy drive into San Juan. Highly recommend as great location, great communication and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Wonderful stay in a perfect location

The condo was perfect for our needs: safe, clean, and VERY convenient to Seven Seas beach (2 minute walk across the street). We walked the very cool 25 min trail to Playa Escondida twice and were rewarded with the beach to ourselves. You can't swim but can definitely wade in the water and enjoy the serenity. The condo was very convenient to Kayak Village to go to the bio bay, and to many restaurants. We found that the restaurants closed very early and were only open a couple of days a week, but that might have been because it wasn't a super busy time for them (early April). We appreciated the supplies that were available (more toilet paper and paper towels than are usually provided, etc.) in the condo, and there were many kitchen supplies if you wanted to cook. We weren't able to use the tv as YouTube TV isn't available in PR and we couldn't get Netflix or Prime to open. The pool was clean and had tables and chairs. There were only 2-3 other cars in the condo complex the 5 nights we were there, so the unit was super quiet. This is a perfect choice if you want to be close to the beach, El Yunque, and bio bay tours!

Spent 9 days here. Good location near beach. Intermittent internet so poor streaming. No cable/tv stations. Loud construction nearby wakes you up early. Nice small pool. Promised and paid for grill and paddle boards, but we're not provided. No offer of compensation. Refrigerator dead on arrival but repaired next day. Air grill fell from ceiling when patio door closed. Bring your own TP and shampoo. Not worth what we paid.

Perfect location for beach and pool!

Family with 3 kids. The condo really was the perfect and safe location. All you do is cross the street and go to the beach, but we enjoyed walking one minute down the road to the restaurant, called Costa Mia, and going to the beach across from there. The ocean is very calm, and there’s a reef not too far out for snorkeling. Costa Mia has great food, drinks, and excellent epenadas. We were there during a tropical storm and felt very safe! the condo had really everything we needed to have a wonderful stay with the family, including games, and a beach wagon, umbrella, boogie boards,beach toys, it really was perfect. Do not hesitate to book a stay here.

Great rental steps away from a beautiful beach

Clean rental in a quiet and what seems to be safe area. There are more amenities than what is listed such as floats, umbrella and endless beach gear! The host is extremely responsive and accommodating. My one gripe would be the WiFi which didn’t work the majority of our stay. Also, if you’re staying more than a couple days they do not provide enough toilet paper or trash bags. Overall, I would definitely recommend this VRBO!

Across the street from one of the best beaches! We loved the use of the paddle board and boogie boards. The condo had everything we needed except kitchen towels but we bought some and left them behind for future guests. The pool was a delightful addition too! Fabulous rental in fabulous location

We absolutely loved staying at Cristina's place. Our only complaint was not being warned about the construction which was a bit of a hassle, but didn't really have a major impact on our stay. The condo itself was very clean and there were tons of extras we didn't expect like all the beach equipment including a cooler, the huge drying rack which was great for all our wet clothes, the games (the kids spent hours playing monopoly). Great restaurants within walking distance and only a few miles to kayak the bio-bay. The pool was slightly smaller than expected from pictures, but rarely busy and kids loved swimming at night when the lights changed colors. Highly recommend Pirate's Snorkling shack about a 1/4 mile east. Great location to explore El Yunque as well. We definitely plan to be back. Kids loved the place we stayed in Marco Island last year, but all want to return to Cristina's place in Fajrado the most. Jose was also very responsive when we called.

Perfect location, wonderful stay!

We’ve been traveling to Puerto Rico for the past 25 years for family vacations and we have stayed all over the island. This was probably our very favorite spot as it is close to everything that we love to do. The condo is clean, spacious, bright, and very well stocked. We had an absolutely amazing time celebrating before our son and his fiancée get married in May. Such a wonderful bonding time and a wonderful condo. The location is perfect! We will definitely be staying here again as this will be our new favorite spot ❤️

Very clean close to the beach we went multiple times a day. The only downfall was 1 key for the walking gate in and out and 1 clicker for a car in and out. We had 3 separate groups and couldn't separate too much as we would be locked in or out. Perfect for a family!

Quiet clean and well kept

The property was very nice and as expected. Location is in a quiet area. There are a few restaurants walkable, but there is not a nightlife to speak of. We went in early November and it is still somewhat the off season. Not all recreation and areas are open at this time (or maybe pandemic still) overall a good place to stay. Only bad thing was getting the a/c to the right level was a little tricky. Not a big deal though

Perfect Vacation

We spent two weeks in this condo and it was perfect. Everything was clean, working properly, and the bedrooms and living area were awesome. The best of all is that you are literally a 4-5 minute walk from Seven Seas beach. We spent almost everyday there. There are also several great restaurants within walking distance. Perfect vacation indeed! We WILL be back!

Amazing stay
