1. room was good & clean but hope there is a chair or table on balcony (you can't sit down so can't enjoy outside) 2. front desk women staff are very nice & helpful but all men are seems not helpful & no smiles to greet customers 3. pool was the one of the reason to choose your hotel but we couldn't use it because too cold. requested front desk but keep saying not available. 4. breakfast area only opened during 06-10am. hope this area open during evening time also for talk & coffee because there is no place sit down (other hampton was available but not this place)

This very eco-friendly hotel doesn't have hot water in the showers. I ran the water for 45 minutes hoping it would warm up. Very clean and new hotel but I will never stay here again.
