The new phenomenon, the customer service was very poor. I only stay there because it's across the street from my doctor's office. This is the second time they have given me room 1515 with an old broken bed. I asked for an extra chair and they said they couldn't provide it.👎

The staff at the front desk was very rude, and didnt seem to want to do anything to help things transition smoother. We sat in their lobby pretty early due to our flight. We waited patiently for early check and was willing to pay the early fee many places charge you but didnt get no type of help from them. We requested connecting room and they were not able to provide them since according to staff we didnt request it. I had previously stayed there and loved the attention they had but i guess at the end all it matter ro be given good treatment is how much money you spend with them since we was hoating an event there at my previous stay.

The reception desk pushes customers to fill in electronic survey as one is checking in. They stood next me to see what I was entering. Room I was given was not the room that was in picture. I spend thousands a year on hotels.com Jr. Suite king shows a balcony online. Suite I was given did not have a balcony.
