Ana, the lady who cleaned our room, was especially gracious and helpful. She was always smiling and pleasant, and our rooms were spotless. She made our stay pleasant. The people at the front desk were also courteous and helpful. I also appreciated that they spoke perfect English.

The spa was good. I'm used to the masseurs wiping the oil off with a hot towel at the end. I didn't know we were done as I laid there oily. I asked to use the shower and learned it works different in Honduras.
