Our room was dusty and the shower, table and bathroom were also dirty. It did not feel clean. The hotel had a weird smell throughout the vicinity.

The room was clean. But the bathroom had No shower cap. WI FI was $12.99, so that was a bummer. The Valet when we checked in on Monday at 4 was amazing, he came inside and said we took the keys, so nice about it, reminded us about the phone. Such an honest and caring person . Waitress at the Mexican restaurant was very helpful and kind.

Friend had a cockroach in her bathroom. Water was a cloudy color. Tap water at restaurant tasted terrible but amazing they offered free water bottles at bars in casino. Pool bar closed w/ no good compensation/ other options. Great staff, fun lazy river.

Not a great experience but still a great hotel

Shower head was broken. Shower sprayed all over the bathroom and made the floor soaked and my husband fell and hurt himself. Our room was sold out and we got a handicap room and it was not very clean and there was no towels in the bathroom

Get ready to be fleeced! Not only do they nickel and dime you death-- but everything is SO expensive. There is no coffee maker in room (you have to go down and pay $7 for a simple cup of coffee, black). Internet is not freee- that's $12/each day. No housekeeping during visit (can't even request it). Dining options were pathetic (and there is nothing anywhere around the property for 20-30 minute drive). No buffet. A fried chicken tender booth, a hamburger booth, a chinese place and a fish place that will cost at least $45 a plate and UP. A side of rice with that fish? That's $10. TEN DOLLARS for a little bowl of plain white rice. Want bread to start? That will set you back $15! The whole place smelled like cigarette smoke. The spa? Not included in hotel charge. That will set you back $50 (on top of the hotel room for $200 plus a night). The gym had nice equipment-- but no towels and no water. The whole experience was like being raped financially. One of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Will NEVER return.

Encounter was sort of difficult to find but once I did find it the staff were courteous. Room appears dated and unable to open sliding glass door even in a smoking room. Roaches in the restroom (photo) and stained towels
