This home offers 2 bedrooms with one king bed and one queen. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is an outdoor shower and patio. The ping pong table, foosball and beach toys are in the garage. Washer and dryer are available in the garage. Cotton bedding, beach towels, 55' smart television and wifi are available. Everything is maintained in new condition. All the amenities for beach fun...umbrellas, boogie boards, surf boards, wagons, beach chairs and coolers. If you should slip into shopping shock, Newport Beach's Fashion Island is a hop away or Laguna Beach for the art lovers.
