We had one little snaphu at check in but the young lady was very nice and got it corrected immediately. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We will be staying here again during our next visit to San Antonio, it's a close place to family.

In room coffee maker trays dont fit coffee maker. There was coffee in the lobby but not as good as it used to be. Also breakfast selection used to be great. Now it just like other budget hotels.

Most lights in room had no bulbs, usb plugs didnt work, bathroom amenities were empty, ice machines on all floors are broken, when a/c turned off room smelled, no one at front desk and no breakfast the 1st morning, housekeeping didnt come to clean....just a horrible low staffed hotel that should shut down until everything works. Expedia claims "very good & 8*'s" but all other reviews show 3.
