The hotel is dated. The room was smelly and the carpet old and dirty. One of the beds had stained sheets. I would not stay again in this hotel. On the positive side the staff was friendly and helpful.

Opportunity to improve

Service personnel is excellent. All friendly and solve issues. I noticed that the bathtubs need attention. They are old and in need for repair or replacement. Still a good hotel to stay with windows of opportunity to improve.

The entire hotel needs an upgrade and deep cleaning. THe toilet seat was cracked and had to be replaced. This is something housekeeping should have done without the customer bring it to their attention. If they over look a hygiene and sanitation issue like that what else are they overlooking...?
