"Hotel & staff were amazing!!! Only 1 dissatisfaction is having to wait so long to check in or for any assistance at the front desk reception. Having to stand in line for up to 30 minutes to be checked-in, is in my view unacceptable. Can they not find a better way in which to wait to be seen? Even if it’s a number system, then at least we can SIT & wait rather than STAND for so long. Reception is our 1st experience of the hotel and so doesn’t set a good 1st impression. Trying to gain assistance from reception was always a long wait on the phones or in person waiting in line. That said, my stay was amazing shame about the lack of staff on Reception. "

"Ha sido una sorpresa muy grata. El hotel, aunque es uno de los pioneros en la isla de gran Canaria, se mantiene en un estado magnifico. Los buffets son variado y de una calidad fantástica, con zonas que cocinan pescado y carne al momento. Las habitaciones amplias y confortables. Fuimos con nuestra perrita y son uno de los pocos establecimientos que son pet friendly. Volveremos sin duda."

"It was our long term holiday at this property. Big thanks to the animation team. The guys were brilliant and funny and children were always taken care of in terms of having fun (hello Alfredo 🙂). The restaurant was very good with plenty food to chose from. The bar tenders were so nice and accommodating everyone with big smile and friendliness. The receptionists were friendly too. The only problem in this property are constantly broken elevators, so we must have gone around in most of the times. In general we had a great time, so we will be happy to return to this hotel in the future. Thank you!"
