Cosy, quiet and spacious 75 m² apartment with a private balcony, two separate bedrooms, a separate living room, an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen and free private parking. Ideal for up to four adults and a baby. Located in a small house in a quiet residential neighbourhood, about a 15-minute walk from Neutor, one of the entrances to Salzburg’s historic Old Town.

The apartment offers plenty of space for families, two couples or friends travelling together. With two separate bedrooms and a separate living room, up to four adults can stay comfortably without anyone having to sleep in the main living area. A baby cot is also available. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

The living room is a comfortable place to relax, with a cosy sofa seating area and a hammock. The Smart TV offers Netflix, Disney+ and Zattoo with more than 150 live TV channels. A selection of books and games is also available.

The first bedroom has a comfortable queen-size double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and satellite TV.

The second bedroom also serves as a study and has a sofa bed that converts into a comfortable queen-size double bed for two. It also has a wardrobe, armchair, desk with chair and a bookcase with plenty of books. From this room you have direct access to the private balcony.

The hallway has additional large bookcases with books and games, as well as a safe for valuables.

The separate kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and ideal if you enjoy cooking. Quality Miele appliances include an electric cooktop, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is also a microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine and juicer, as well as a generous selection of cookware, dishes, glasses and kitchen utensils.

Nespresso capsules and filter coffee are provided, as well as a selection of organic teas. Basic cooking essentials such as oil, vinegar, salt and spices are also available. A large dining table with five chairs provides plenty of space for meals.

The bathroom has a shower, WC and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided, and an iron and ironing board are available. For your safety, the apartment is equipped with a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher.

Guests can also use the shared washing machine and tumble dryer on the ground floor; detergent is provided. Behind the house there is a covered, open bicycle shelter. As it is not locked, please bring your own bicycle lock.

Free private parking is available at the house, with several spaces in the courtyard and one additional parking space behind the small chapel.

The apartment is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the balcony only.

The neighbourhood is quiet and residential, with mainly smaller houses and gardens. Six restaurants and traditional Austrian inns are within a 5–10-minute walk, with a bakery and supermarket also nearby.

Neutor, one of the entrances to Salzburg’s historic Old Town, is about a 15-minute walk away. The Festspielhaus and many of Salzburg’s major sights can also easily be reached on foot.

Bus number 1, about a five-minute walk away, provides a direct connection to the city centre and Salzburg main train station. Bus number 2, about a 6–7-minute walk away, provides a direct connection to Salzburg Airport.

Guests also receive the Salzburg Guest Mobility Ticket, providing free public transport throughout the federal state of Salzburg during their stay.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, luggage drop-off can be arranged from 10:30 AM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
