Difficult for elderly to get to and from

Beds were great. Microwave did not work, shower was horrible. I’m 5 7 and it was hard to shower in such a small area. Not ADA at all. Plenty linens. Extremely clean. I probably would not stay again. Heard every move from above rental. Busy street in front of rental. Just not the total package.

Not super impressed

When we got to the house after 4, as per request, we didn’t have the codes to get in. I had to message them 3 times with no response and then track their number down to call them. They had a sign to not wear shoes in the rental. That was not my favorite because of a foot injury I have. The kitchen wasn’t cleaned. It had food stuck to the counter next to the sink, crumbs on the counters, the fridge was dirty inside and leaked water on the floor. They asked us to start the dishwasher before we left but it hadn’t even been unloaded. The outlets in two of the rooms would spark if anything was plugged in and it was missing outlet covers in places. For the price I paid, I was hoping for a better situation.

The space was clean, and comfortable for our family of 5. Everyone had plenty of space. I would say, whoever was upstairs in the upstairs unit was loud. But other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

One night stay before flight from SLC

Overall, our stay was fine as it was just one night. We were given check in/access instructions the morning of check in. The basement unit was nice. It could use a bit more attention to detail with cleaning, particularly in the kitchen (top of the fridge). Also, there were several electrical outlets throughout the unit missing covers. This could be a safety issue with small children.

Excellent VRBO experience / Excelente experience de VRBO

Margaret was prompt to respond and brought a can opener and extra blankets. Everything was clean and spacious and as advertised in the description. Our family of 3 adults, 3 teenagers, and a child fit perfectly sharing the 4 queen beds available in three bedrooms. They had a ton of towels and pillows! Will stay again when visiting SLC. Thank you! Margaret respondio rapido y nos dio abrelatas y cobijas extras. Nuestra familia de 3 adultos, 3 adolescentes, y una niña cupieron bien en 4 camas queen en 3 recameras. Memorial

My family of seven stayed for one night before being at a memorial service the next day. The code we were given didn’t work, but the owners answered the phone right away and gave us a new code that worked great. The house was clean with a large backyard and we all slept great. Thanks!

Great value, remodeled older house We had the lower level it’s a daylight basement on a hillside. The backyard is much quieter than the front it’s nice. The backyard borders on a horse arena interesting to watch it’s almost 100 yards away.

Not a horrible place

After the amount of time it took to get trash bags the first day I didn’t even try to get anything else that was missing. There were no dressers, the cleaning before was not thorough (trash in the yard, dirty stove top, dirty utensils, dirty toilet), no trash bags, four forks/knives/spoons and about a dozen giant spoons, no oven mitts (now there are a pair if they aren’t thrown out), leaking refrigerator, cobbled together shower (hot goes one way and the cold is turned the opposite direction, there are holes where the shower head and knobs are, and the shower head is low), no propane tank for bbq. The good: located close to major highways, motion sensing lights outside, waffle maker, 4 ice trays, plenty of space in the yard, close to shops, comfortable beds, nice couches. Adequate time between messaging and responses.

Clean and great location

Me and my 5 boys ages 10 to 2 stayed here for 2 nights and it was perfect for us. It was very clean and cozy. The location was great. Being on a main thoroughfare provided easy access to the freeway and yet it was so quiet inside. I couldn't hear any noise from cars at night. Definitely would stay here again.

Great for a ski trip

Our family stayed here for a ski trip to all the cottonwood canyon resorts. Access to the highway was easy. Only about 1/2 hour to the ski hill. The place was not much to look at on the outside, but renovated and updated inside, with comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. Only one bathroom for 7 people, but we made it work. The owners were east to work with and responded quickly when we had issues. Would recommend!

Comfortable and Clean

We loved the property. Very clean and well appointed. Beds were amazing! Great location for ski resorts. Host was very responsive and helped us out. Since it is a basement apartment there is noise from people walking upstairs. But overall it was a great place to stay. We would definitely stay there again!
