Cool SLC Apartment

Loved this condo/apartment!! So spacious for myself and two 20-something kids. The key thing for us was the huge garage that made loading in and out for skiing a breeze. The living area is big and super comfortable for lounging out after a day of skiing - the giant screen TV was awesome. The kitchen is well stocked and also roomy. We loved the extra half bath on the main floor. The two bedrooms are big, well appointed with giant closets and nice bathrooms. Our host was responsive to any questions. We had no issues and would love to stay here again. The neighborhood is in transition so there is some noise but otherwise great with a cute bar, cookie shop and an amazing ice cream store on the next block. Super convenient to the airport and all skiing.

Beautiful place!

Spent the night here for my birthday and absolutely loved it! The townhome was very beautiful and matched the description. It was easy to locate and the overall location has many great places nearby. Will definitely be staying here again on my next trip out to SLC!

Good location, minutes to downtown

Good amount of space to accommodated myself and my children on our vacation. Cute little places to eat next building over. Pictures where a little deceiving though. Parts of the flooring in different areas where lifting and could be a trip hazard, stain on the couch, blinds in the living room where broken and some missing, carpet upstairs had stains and bleach spots, sink in one of the bedroom bathrooms had a crack, blankets in one of the bedroom closets had hair & dog hair on it, dings on the walls from the garage to house entry door and Fridge door, black marks on walls possibly from hauling luggage up and down the stairs from other travelers. Honestly not worth the money spent. But All in all it was centrally located to everything we had planned in salt lake.

This property is so cute and spacious! Unfortunately there were a few things that bothered us. The beds were both queens, which doesn’t match the description (listed as one king and one queen). In addition, there was dog hair all over the carpet and couch (I would assume from the last guest). Otherwise, we really liked this location and the space!

Clean, nice location

The condo is located in a nice central area. I like having a garage to park my car during my stay. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would prefer to have a three ring binder on the counter with all the necessary information rather than receiving emails every day of my stay with information. I don't like to read emails when I am on vacation. You can hear the noise outside when you you are inside with the doors/windows shut. All in all though it was a comfortable place, clean and good location.

A lovely central location

This SLC townhouse was a lovely place to stay on our way to Zion National Park. It had everything that we as a family of 4 needed. It was very clean and well appointed. Communication with the host was excellent, with instructions as well as useful things like local grocery stores, attractions and eateries. Check in and out was very easy and we can highly recommend.

Great location and perfect setup for a quick weekend trip to downtown area of Salt Lake for 2 adult couples. Some noise outside on a Friday night, but we expected that in an urban environment. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Recommended!

Stay was awesome. Home was nice and has all the amenities we could have asked for. Neighbors are quiet and the location is central to the city and freeway systems so it was easy to get around. When we come back to Salt Lake City, we hope this lodging is available. Outstanding experience!!! Mahalo!!

Great new townhouse

Clean and comfortable. Stayed with a friend for a week of skiing at 5 different slopes. Great to have a garage and washer/dryer. Huge tv in living room and second in master. Only real negative was that there were only 4 coffee cups! Not a huge deal but more would help.

Overall the building and unit were clean. It is an upstairs unit so from the garage you walk up to the main living area, then up more stairs to the bedrooms. YouTubeTV is Arkansas-based which means no local news or weather. There was one partial roll of paper towels in the kitchen and no kitchen towels to be found. The arm of the sofa was broken. Several small things don't make it negative. I was in town for work and the bed was comfortable. Great for my stay.

Infield of Motorcross race?

The property is exactly what it looks like online. It's very lovely and updated. The property owners were very accessible and quickly answered any of our questions. We were only there two night but the motorcycles started running up and down the street around 10PM each night and continued to at least 1AM. Maybe we hit the neighborhood at a bad time? Or if we were going to to bars and clubs we might have had a different opinion. Difficult to sleep. Also there were two bath towels, one hand towel and one face cloth in each bathroom. No extra's, no hand towel in the half bath or dishtowels. Hopefully the motorcycle issue will be eliminated by the next person who occupies the property.
