Evo Hotel has a great vibe, and it has a mix of business travelers and outdoor enthusiasts. It is located in walking distance from several great restaurants and public transit. There is a bar and a rooftop patio with Mountain View. It is also a great value.

The hotel is busy and should focus on being one or two of the following, but not all… a hotel, store, coffee shop, climbing gym, skate park or co-working space. This boutique hotel in downtown SLC is definitely unique. It's geared towards outdoor enthusiasts and skateboarders, neither of which I am. But I enjoyed the vibe - I referred to it as industrial chic. The staff was great, the room was clean and comfy. I appreciated the Pink Bar as well, where they serve coffee, smoothies and a few breakfast options. There are several common areas to lounge or work. Good experience.
