First off, concierge was a bit rude when we got there it was about 2:50pm so we tried to check-in and the lady said we would have to wait because "check in is at 3pm," so we had to wait 10 more mins. All the places i've been have never given me a hard time about checking in early, let alone 10 mins early! Then the worse part was when we were on our way to our room we found out that there were no elevators so we had to walk up our luggage's up 2 flights of stairs. THEN, the most Horrible part was when we got to the room, we opened the door and a piece of the wall fell off. The room just looked and felt dirty. Underneath the bed was an old tissue and dusty has hec. The air conditioner and phones were super old like from the 50s lol. I'm just glad we only stayed one night.

Staff manager very nice and helpful Shower head broken , directv had to be reset to get channel's to work, phone in roomm broken, old carpet, placw looka very old and run down. Its not a 3 star hotel, Bunch of contractors staying there in a big truck hogging up the main entrance

We tired to check in a couple of hours early and were told we had to pay $30. Ive never had that response. When we did check in it took 15 minutes even though i immediately handed them my ID and Credit card. It didn't have an elevator but they gave me a cart but didn't tell us that was the case. We walked all over the first floor looking for one because no one had stayed at the front desk. Hair dryer didn't work. The toilet didn't flush and when we told the front desk they texted someone that never showed up so we had to fix it ourselves. Breakfast buffet was awful Worse than most breakfast, it was a continental breakfast at best. To top it off the side door was accessible with out a card put in the card reader.

Wouldn't stay here again

The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The side doors were left open. The pictures on the website did not look at all like our room. There was no elevator which was not stated. Traveling with a baby and car seat, stroller, portable crib, etc. was not easy getting to the room. The whole hotel had a bad smell.
