I'm not picky with hotels but this is the worse place I've ever stayed at. Front desk was not pleasant. Pool was closed...looked like it hasnt been in use for years. Carpets haven't been cleaned in years...they were super soiled. No to-go breakfast. No coffee! Wifi didn't work.i think the motel 6 would have been better

They offer room service, which I thought was great because I am disabled and had a tough day travelling. Long story short, it was a nightmare. I had to go get the food myself because no fluently English-speaking person would speak to me on the phone. The prices were different than advertised and the updated charges were ridiculous. They wanted to charge me $5.99 for ONE scoop of vanilla ice cream and the same for what was advertised as a slice of pecan turtle cheesecake. What I received was what amounted to two small bites of, FROZEN, plain cheesecake with a strawberry drizzle. Yeah. Seriously. I had to argue about refunds etc. And I was charged a 20% room service fee for FOOD I HAD TO GO GET MYSELF. Not a great experience to say the least.

This is an older property that seems to be undergoing some renovation. The good is that it is reasonably priced. The bad is that it needs renovation. The hotel smells like it has mold issues. Its amenities are old, e.g., plug pulled from a lamp exposing electrical connections (replaced within an hour of reporting), drapes with tears and holes, moldy tile in shower. The complimentary breakfast was nothing special - watery scrambled eggs, constantly running out of offerings such as muffins, waffles. The good is that they had yogurt and fruit (canned peaches and fresh apples). No issues with location or surrounding environment.

Employees were friendly. The hotel was filthy...we stayed 5 days and they never vacuumed the lobby once. Garbages were literally overflowing while employees stood behind desk on their cell phones. It took 45 minutes to check in because the guy couldn’t figure out where the reservation was for the people ahead of us. Our room was gross! The refrigerator door didn’t close (had to prop a chair against it), there was mold in the shower and towels had dirt on them! We asked for a new room but they said they wouldn’t have one until the next day. At that point we just stayed in the one we had because there was a huge convention in town and there was nothing available! This was only the half of it!!

Like other reviews, I found the hallways had an unpleasant smell, but not overpowering. the rooms, however were clean and nice. Overall, a good place to stay for the night.
