Sleep up to 15 (or 11 if you don`t use the top bunks) with many bunk-beds & twins. Kitchen & back porch for dining, beach chairs, towels, free WiFi, Smart TV & more. Unwind, explore, and make memories in this perfect retreat at the ocean!

Anticipate a charming experience as you arrive. Step through the front door into a unique dining room with comfortable seating for 8. The house is air conditioned throughout ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. From the first floor, you can access the living room, complete with fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen awaits culinary enthusiasts, boasting all the essentials plus: coffee, tea, cider, hot chocolate and creamer, master bedroom and bathroom with hairdryer and rejuvenating stand-up shower. Steps further through the sliding glass door to the fenced in back porch area, with outdoor dining space for 10. Embrace this coastal haven for an extraordinary living experience.

The most likely method of communication between us will be messages via the booking app you used, but I live & work from home about 10 minutes away from the property, so I can be available quickly should you need anything!

Graceland was amazing. It was everything and more! Lawrence was amazing and his communication was excellent. The house was clean, a one minute walk to the beach and less than a 5 min walk to the center. We had two families and it was perfect and easily could’ve had another family. Tons of beds, an amazing backyard and great commons areas. We will definitely be booking another stay as it was one of the best vacations we ever had. Thanks Lawrence!

Lawrence was great! The place was very clean, new, and fully stocked. Ample room in the yard for dinners, campfires, etc. Super close walking distance to the beach!
