Went into the supposedly “clean” bathroom in our room and found whiskers and other gross things in the sink. The counter had not been cleaned and the other surfaces in the room had cup rings indicating they had not been wiped down either. The staff were responsive and immediately came and cleaned the bathroom but it made me wonder what else had been missed.

Convenient to get to, right off I-70. Staff was very friendly and very efficient even with full facility. Rooms were very clean and good locks on doors.

The front desk person wasn't real friendly. I asked to be told about the rewards program and she never did. We felt like we weren't treated as nicely/friendly as the ones that got checked in ahead bc our room wasn't ready. We found beer cans under the edge of the blanket by one of the beds, not a very thorough job cleaning. Room was alittle outdated, ceiling water damage.

Convenient, off the highway location. Easy access and parking. Near tourist attractions. There was no fan in the bathroom. It took several minutes for the bathroom mirror to clear after a shower.

Met our needs

Pros: Easy access from interstate and had clean and quiet rooms.
Location: We were just passing through but it did have a well known eatery, the Brookville Hotel less than a block away
The room was clean and staff was friendly. The hotel was accommodating 5 families who had lost their homes to a tornado the previous day.
