The location was scary. The tiles in bathroom ceiling opened and the telephone cord was broken so not working. The window was cracked and we were very uncomfortable sleeping.

I called ahead to be sure to get a ground floor due to my husband’s stroke. The girl at the front desk , Deana, was very rude said due to being booked through a 3rd party she didn’t know anything about it nor would she change anything for us we got a room upstairs which was very difficult for my husband to climb. Our card wouldn’t work on the side door, she told us don’t use it then come through the front. She didn’t even try to help. No smiles at all. She was a very rude unhappy person. We had driven 8 hours and didn’t need to be treated like this. No need to come back there are plenty other places to stay.
