The first bedroom on this level is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom offers 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. An open kitchen is also located on this floor, fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with direct access to the terrace as well. The bathroom on this level includes a double hand-basin and is accompanied by a separate WC. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms feature sloping ceilings, each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as an individual hand-basin.
