"Relatively a new facility, with a good location over-looking the river, very close to the train station, easy access to city center by Uber/taxi, tram, or by walking. Gym has good equipment, but limited. Staff very helpful. Restaurant is good, and also able to get refreshments, snacks etc for your room. AC was not as effective as needed for 100 degree heat wave. Rooms are a good size for EU standards with a good bathroom and closet space. Two small elevators, with one not working for 5 days was not helpful. Would stay again, as they are rebuilding the entire area near the hotel."

"Upon arrival, we were helped right away with check in. The staff were very helpful with getting my luggage to the floor our room was which was greatly appreciated! Room was clean and the AC was wonderful after a very hot journey getting to Bordeaux. The breakfast buffet was good enough for feeding us the next morning before doing our exploring around the city. Check out was quick and easy with friendly staff who accommodated us with English. I would definitely stay here again if I make my way back to Bordeaux. Thank you Hotel Rosa!"
