Location à fuir!
Je n'ai pas pu communiquer avec le propriétaire autrement que par mail. Et encore! Il ne répondait que le lendemain ou quelques jours plus tard...Je lui ai demandé des précisions sur la location qu'il ne m'a pas donné. Notre séjour dans cette location vétuste et vieillotte a été un véritable enfer!
Tout d'abord, le propriétaire nous avait indiqué que nous pouvions nous garer devant son garage mais les voisins s'y sont opposés en nous agressant verbalement. Nous avons donc dû chercher une autre place à 300 m de l'appartement, ce qui ne nous a pas du tout arrangées.
Ensuite, le lendemain de notre arrivée, une fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain a eu pour conséquence une fermeture d'eau sauvage dans les parties communes à 2 reprises par un voisin indélicat. Tant que la fuite d'eau n'a pas été réparée, j'ai dû pendant 2 jours mettre un sceau sous l'arrivée d'eau et le vider toutes les heures! Enfin, 2 jours plus tard, une coupure généralisée de l'électricité dans les parties communes nous a privé de l'ascenseur pendant 24h.
Bref, ce sont les pires vacances en location que j'aie jamais passées! Un conseil, louez ailleurs!

Wunderschöne Wohnung
Eine tolle Wohnung in Saint Jean de Luz. Der Strand und die Stadtmitte sind in paar Minuten zu fuss zu erreichen. Direkt in der Nähe gibt es ein schöner ruhiger Park mit einem Spielplatz und viel Schatten. Gleich über die Straße findet man einen großen Supermarkt.
Die Wohnung ist bequem und bietet alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Wir haben uns da sehr wohl geführt.
Der Vermieter reagierte schnell auf unsere Anfragen und hinterließ sehr sympathischen Eindruck. Check in und check out waren flexibel und verliefen unproblematisch.
Sollten wir wieder Gelegenheit dazu bekommen, würden wir sehr gerne nochmal in der Wohnung unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Excellent emplacement, proche de tout ( commerces, plages, halles...)
Je remercie, tout d'abord, M. Perrin avec qui j'ai échangé au téléphone. Ce monsieur est vraiment à notre écoute. L'appartement est extrêmement bien situé, avec un grand balcon et très calme. Bref, un excellent séjour, je recommande !

Ce n'est pas un appartement fait pour la location!
Dommage c'est un bel appartement avec un bel emplacement mais décoré de façon vieillot et pas pratique du tout. La propreté n'était pas au rendez-vous, la vaisselle pas adaptée pour une location.

Vacances agréables
Appartement agréable ,bien situé à 10mn à pied de la plage,commerces à proximité. Balcon très apprécié mais il manque un parasol pour nous permettre d’y manger le midi
Armelle qui nous reçoit à notre arrivée est adorable
Il manque cependant de la place pour pendre les vêtements (minuscule placard où se trouve déjà l’aspirateur,le balai etc)

Bel appartement. A proximité de toutes commodités.
Joli appartement, propre et confortable.
Idéalement situé pour tout faire à pied : commerces, plage, gare à proximité.
Mr Perrin disponible par mail répondant rapidement aux questionnements.
Armelle, concierge, qui reçoit pour l'état des lieux et remise des clés très aimable et bienveillante.
Il manque cependant un peu d'espace pour ranger les vêtements dans l'armoire.
Je recommande vivement la location.

Location parfaite pour tout à-pied
Accueil très sympathique, appartement suffisamment fonctionnel pour 2 personnes, très bien situé, idéal pour vacanciers non véhiculé tel que moi.
2 toutes petites critiques : possibilité de rangement très limitée car armoire prévue à cet effet trop encombrée ; immeuble concomitant à la caserne de pompiers d'où quelques désagréments sonores (surtout la nuit) et non signalé dans le descriptif.
Pour conclure, je reviendrais avec grand plaisir.
