Close to the sea

A nice , older hotel only blocks from the port and the sea. Within walking distance to the old town , restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good , we would stay here again.

Older hotel, and a little frayed around the edges. Had trouble with our air conditioning the first night, but they let us switch rooms for the 2nd. night. Staff is pretty indifferent, although the guy on the desk at night was very helpful. Great location within easy walk of many shops, restaurants and the beach.

Well located with great staff!!!

Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful! They also spoke English very well so there were no communication problems. Nice, clean room with en suite bathroom, and ours had a balcony with a nice view of La Rhune The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a block away from the market food hall and the old town was was just a couple of minutes walk away. It was located in front of the train station and there was free parking there where we were able to park our rental car safely. We would definitely come back and stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

It was serviceable. Nothing special, more like two stars than three. Very unhelpful staff. Very decent location, not as near the beach as indicated. All in all, it was okay, if a bit pedestrian.

Les réceptionnistes sont très accueillants et très chaleureux. La chambre été nettoyé tous les jours. L’hôtel est très bien situé. Il est en face de la gare et à 8 minutes de la plage. Et à moins de 30 minutes d’Hendaye. Je recommande fortement !

駅前至近

建物は少し古いがきれいにされている。 駅から近く観光に便利。 ただ、到着時滞在税を払ったにもかかわらず、その時と担当者と違ったせいか、出発時にも請求された。 領収書をもらわなかった自分にも責任があるが。 結局、荷物を昼まで預かってもらったので確認が取れ、返金された。この間、納得できない気持ちがあった。 このホテルに限らず少額でも領収書もらうべし。
