A most wonderful place with the proximity to the beach, town square, cafes of course and the bus and train station. Very friendly environment and will enjoy going back again.

Un excellent séjour

Un magnifique appartement avec tous les équipements. Un véritable petit paradis. Le calme et proche de la plage et de toutes les commodités. Vous pouvez faire tout à pied. Des voisins tres accueillants. Je recommande cette location et sans esitation je reviendrai pour un prochain séjour à Saint-Jean-de-Luz.

Petit appartement idéalement situé

L’appartement est assez petit, bas de plafond mais bien équipé. A 2 c’est bien mais cela semble petit pour 4. La chambre est en mezzanine. Les points forts sont la localisation : en plein centre ville et juste à côté de la plage et le calme : la résidence est de bon standing et l’appartement a une terrasse donnant sur une cour intérieure très calme. Il n’y a pas de place de parking et la circulation dans St Jean de Luz l’été est infernale. Le plus simple est de se garer sur un parking relais gratuit et d’utiliser le bus et le train qui ne sont vraiment pas chers et très pratiques. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

L appartement, la résidence sont très agréables car nous avons eu la chance d avoir des voisins calmes . Néanmoins, on ne peut pas parler de petit jardin privatif mais de "devant de porte " aux yeux de tous les autres voisins. Aucune végétation ou protection matérielle ne délimite un coté du devant de porte et l appartement donne en plein centre de la cour,donc en libre accès et a la vue des pénétrants. Concernant nos doutes au regard des photos, la propriétaire donne des explications "vagues" en jouant sur les mots, lorsqu on se renseigne en amont de louer. Elle ne décrit pas clairement. Vous avez le risque de voir entrer les animaux des voisins, de partager leur vie privée involontairement. Et surtout, lorsque vous demandez a la proprietaire de trouver une solution et une reponse a ses mensonges, ne comptez pas sur son honnêteté pour remédier. C est une personne scandaleusement malhonnête qui fait venir des tierces personnes pour gérer sa location, et donc ses soucis. Nous avons eu un tres bon contact avec certe gérante mais elle n a pas pour autant vraiment remedier au problème d intimité avec les voisins. Il aurait été appréciable, comme nous lui avons demandé, qu elle investisse dans un paravent trouvable au commerce de bricolage a moins de 10km. Propriétaire honteusement irrespectueuse qui n est pas digne de la mentalité de cette belle region où les gens ont a coeur de savoir recevoir et de servir avec leurs valeurs humaines et leur éthique de savoir-vivre.

Emplacement idéal

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette location à Saint-Jean-de-Luz. Nous avons bien été accueillis, jusque sur les quais de la gare. Le point positif est l'emplacement, en particulier pour les personnes non-véhiculées : 1 minute à pieds de la plage, 5-10 minutes de la gare ferroviaire, des bus et des commerces... La résidence est très agréable et très calme. L'appartement est bien équipé et assez grand pour deux personnes. La terrasse est appréciable.

Emplacement magnifique, à vraiment 20m de la plage!

L'immeuble était en fait le premier hôtel de luxe de l St Jean de Luz, les parties communes sont superbes.

Emplacement idéal pour cet appartement, environnement et voisins calmes pour un séjour reposant. Arrivée et départ très arrangeants, Sylviane est même venue nous accueillir à la gare ! Un peu bas de plafond pour les " grands" mais on s'y fait ..... Nous avons hâte de revenir !
