"It is nice Location in the Red Sea, the service was nice the staff of the hotel was very nice and very friendly but the Air Condition not working . First night they gave very small room ( not 516 S. Foot ) no room phone working . No in room safe . food was very Poor no breakfast buffet ."

"Some of the staff were extremely impolite and rude, when they wanted you to spend money they seemed to be much more friendly, will not be staying again. Hotel overall is good but some of the staff ( reception members make the place a lot less friendly than it should be)"
