No problem with the service, cleanliness, helpfulness. The bed was old, lumpy and very hard. Hampton Inn is known for their good beds and pillows. This one needs to be thrown out. The 2 chairs in the room were very uncomfortable; I couldn't sleep or sit.

The suite had all we needed except a kettle, but we didn’t call down for it, we used the microwave. It was comfortable for 3 adults and two kids to visit. The gym was clean and had just what I needed. The pool was nice and the slide very popular. But it was over crowded. The continental breakfast was wonderful and had a nice selection of fresh fruit and hot food. Great location for food delivery too.
