Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities

There was no shampoo, floor was dirty, walls dirty, the entire hotel smell like smoke and dirty carpet. The door key stopped working at 8AM when trying to get back in the room. The rating is misleading as I would not have picked this if it was correct
