Really bad experience

First they assigned us a room that was already occupied and when we tried to enter and it was very weird to see it occupied, I received no apology and then when they assigned us the correct room it was really in bad condition, the bathroom was dirty, the floor was sticky and the desk was dirty... first time I use the Motel 6 brand and I don't know if this is normal to find or this was the exception.

I booked a Queen bed and they gave me a broken double bed that was caved in on one side.. The door didn’t lock unless you were inside which leaves it accessible to anyone at anytime. There was two cigarette butts on the headboard of a non smoking room. The room stink and was filthy. The tv and phone didn’t work. The place was disgusting with druggies all around the property.. The room should be on the non rentable list until repaired and cleaned!! I booked it from my phone and when I got there and seen it I went straight back to the office 10 minutes later to return my key and ask for another room or refund of my money and I didn’t get either so I am gonna report it!!!!!!

The bed was broken, mattress was just coil springs, no blankets just sheets. No smoke detector in the room. TV barely worked. No phone to call front desk, had to walk up and tell them issues. They didn’t seem to care about the issues of the room or property

Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel in any way. Having stayed at several Motel 6’s in past years, I do understand that it will a very basic room, for a very reasonable price. Although the check-in process was simple, the parking and room access was not safe. It was very clear that many rooms have long term residents, and several were hanging around outside~ The outside lighting is very dim, and walking to my room through a dark corridor felt very uncomfortable. The room itself was made up but the floor was dirty, the smell of cleaning fragrance was extreme and the bed had sheets only, which were stained though seemed washed. No blanket on the bed and no rack to hang clothing on, although there were holes that had been filled where a rack had once been. The room faced a parking lot from a neighboring business, and was very noisy for the brief time I was there. The window was single pane, and the traffic from the 60 Freeway added to the noise level. I requested a non smoking room, which it was not. The odor of cigarette smoke was also heavy in the area of the property I walked through. I could not stay as I felt so uncomfortable. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for~

Do not stay here!

Needed a 1 night stay for work. The first room I was put in had not been cleaned, the second room had a broken bed with a mat instead of a mattress. The room had paper thin walls and so between the party in the parking lot and my aching back I got no sleep. would never recommended a stay here. Do better Motel 6

Sink was broken, bed had a huge brown stain on the box spring, the room clearly looks like it’s for a one bed not two (there was hardly any walking space and no tables), the floor was sticky, the shower head is super low if you’re taller than 5’4.

Bad!!!!

Terrible. No tv no internet for the TV. Wasted money. Plus a random fat guy knocked on our door called front desk told them about it didn’t seem to care too much about it then a random ratchet female came to knock on our door asking questions of I called about a fat guy like mind your business. Didn’t sleep comfortable at all.
