Ruby was easy to communicate with. We found it to be fairly clean. The beds were very comfortable. It would be helpful for others to know there are shared walls with other tenants, whom can be easily heard. Overall it was okay.

I was looking for a place that had two bedrooms for me and my sister (that basic requirement can be hard to find) as well as a nice kitchen and dining room to host Christmas dinner for my siblings. This place was perfect! And it was a good introduction to Rowland Heights generally. Our host was very easy to communicate with - there was a problem at the unit prior to check in but they resolved it in a few hours and it was perfect once we arrived. Possibly they could use more signage to indicate which front door is correct but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. They even had a Christmas tree!

Check in was simple and host was always quick to respond. The home was clean overall however the shower did have pink mold. And I unfortunately didn’t have shower shoes and there was nothing in the home that would have gotten rid of the mold. Also, we were not able to find an iron or ironing board in the home and asked someone in the garage if she had seen it and she wasn’t able to help us. There were also large spiders around the garage and front door. So I just warn others to be cautious.
