The breakfast spread is gorgeous and they have a great selection for all diets. The front desk staff is AMAZING. They take hospitality to the next level. After our hired car to Milan fell through they ordered a cab that arrived in 5 min. They offered a private car initially. All of this was AFTER we checked out. We had a wonderful stay overall and would absolutely book this hotel again. Thank you to everyone at the front desk! I am terrible at names but the young lady with red hair is exceptional at her job but everyone there was so accommodating. I wish I could give this stay a sixth star!"
