This is a self-check-in property (100% privacy & freedom).
All rooms are heated, include a 32" LED TV, mini fridge and has a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Guests enjoy the living room with brand new reclinable sofas and couches, 65" smart TV and garden view.
The spaces courtyard comes with a spa pool, sauna, outdoor shower, BBQ, washing, dryer... ect.
Famous Kuirau thermal Park just across the road where you can soak your feet in hot thermal water is free and unique. Te Puia Maori Cultural village, Polynesian spa, Sulphur point are all within walking or few mins drive.

The home is clean, spacious and lovely and the hot tub and steam room are definitely a nice bonus. It also has a beautiful outdoor space. The location is perfect, near the park and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. We loved it!

Nice stay in Rotorua

The house is very comfortable and warm. At the kitchen we found everything we need. The dishwasher was not working but the dish drawer was so no trouble. However the kitchen utensils they were not clean. Pots, cups and cutlery had to be washed before use. It was nice to have spare towels for the spa pool. The carpet seemed haven’t being vaccumed at places. Overall we had a nice stay.

We chose to come to Rotorua to celebrate my son's 30th. This lovely house was perfect for us 5 people. Location is great .House is clean, warm and comfortable with everything we needed. Spa and sauna are the bonus. Thank you!

Perfect Location

Property located within walking distance of restaurants and park. Great location. Large living room with comfortable furniture. Heated mattress pads on the beds, which were great since we visited in winter. Very accommodating host.

Wonderful location

Location was fantastic. Everything we wanted to do was close no matter what direction we went. Kuirau Park was a fantastic geothermal park right across the street plus a wonderful kids playground Fun to walk around and see the small boiling pools, very large one at the far end and mud pools.

This property is situated in the most perfect location. It is quiet, peaceful, and extremely clean. It’s close to so many of the activities that we did during our trip. I absolutely loved it and if I ever got back to New Zealand, I would go back there in a heartbeat.
