Check in at about 8pm very welcoming, went to our room then decided to go down to the bar for a drink which was very pleasant, left early due to a flight but altogether a lovely stay!

When I was in the process of checking in I was suddenly told there would be a £15 charge for Parking! When I book this room through hotels.com, there was no mention of a £15 charge for Parking. This is very under hand to bring it on you at midnight on a freezing cold night And I’m very unhappy about it. Of course I refuse to pay

The hotel should offer a free shuttle bus as they were already charging for parking. Also room wasn't sound proof plus heard doors being banged closed and felt the vibration if lying on the bed. The check in was slow but eventually got booked in after a couple of attempts. Was quite a journey from the airport, probably won't stay again.
