Not pleased at all

There sight said they have continental breakfast. Food was still out at 4pm when we checked in. They leave cereal and other foods on the counter 24/7. Elevator went out the 1st day so i had to carry our stuff to the ground floor as my husbands health he can't climb all those stairs. Our room was booked for 3 adults and 1 child. Our room had to bath towels, 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels. When i went to the desk for more towels the gentleman acted like i was asking for his 1st born child. There is a sign on the mirror on the bathroom stating they will only change out towels and sheets every 3 days. Excuse me!! So you want me to reuse a towel for 3 days. Not for what I'm paying a night. The website said no pool from Feb-Dec. When in fact they have no pool or gym. The shower,tub and some spout all work at one time when your trying to shower. When they moved us to the 1st floor the tv didn't work. The screen kept saying no channels connected to that tv. Gentleman didn't know what to do to make it work. Took about 35 min to get it working. We used to stay here every time i went back home. But I will never stay at a Days Inn of Wyndham again.

The AC fan is not working properly. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but only milk, cereal, and waffles were provided—no eggs, potatoes, or fruit. The floor is dirty, the showerhead is dusty, and the drainage for both the bathtub and toilet is poor. The pictures on Hotels.com showed a pool, but when we arrived, we discovered there isn't one. I even showed the photo to the front desk, and they said it was from before COVID. I will not consider this hotel as an option in the future.

Not as advertised.

The hotel smelled like weed smoke the room looked like it was in between renovations. The pool was boarded up and no longer being used as a pool but as a storage room. The bathroom door didn’t lock. The water pressure was low and the water was just barely warm in the shower.
