Convenient and functional but not luxurious

We arrived late and the receptionist was helpful checking us in. Though we had been emailed before arrival asking if we wanted to ‘upgrade to a junior suite’ for €10 per day, which we did, but were then a bit confused about what we had been upgraded from as the room we got looked like the photos we saw when we booked. When we asked about this we were told that the photos you see aren’t always of the room you get. Inside the room it was fine, though it felt a bit old. The location was pretty good, it was really easy to get around and walk everywhere, and very close to the central station which is convenient. The roof terrace is nice.

Very close to Termini (5 minute walk) making it very easy if you have a lot of luggage (as we did). The property was clean and modern. We stayed in the large family room with four beds. Some reviews mention the glass shower in the middle of the room which isn't the greatest when travelling with teenagers - however, just outside of the unit is a small kitchen with seating which we used to give privacy to whoever was in the shower. The terrace was also good for this and it was very nice! Beds were comfortable and the AC was good. Would definitely stay here again!

Happy travelers!

Overall, we had a great experience at WRH hotel. Francesco at the office was very kind and helpful. I requested extra pillows and covers, and they were there when I got there. The room and bathroom were very clean. Confortable beds. Location is excellent. A few minutes walk from Termini. Couldn't have asked for a better place.

Great location but not the best for traveling adults. The room is small and there is only one bed and two pull outs. One of the two pull outs is okay, but the other is not connected and separates as you move. There is also a clear shower in the middle of the sleeping area, which would be no issue for couples but is not the most ideal for a group of friends or a family with older children. Wifi was slow and not secure if that is important to you I'd book elsewhere. The staff were friendly but check in was a little confusing as they advertise for the 4th floor but there office is on the 1st floor. There is also a code to get into the building which was not provided beforehand which made getting in a task in and of itself.

Good location near train station.

Check-in was made by helpful and friendly staff. The room was adequately outfitted but the floor was not clean (dusty). Free wifi was fast and reliable. Room was well lighted. Location was next to streetcar, which meant early morning noise.

Great place, walking distance from the train stati

I stayed for a weekend. Nice, comfortable and clean place. Great and very helpful staff. I can only complain about a noise (some sort of machine) during the night which apparently came from a restaurant next to the hotel. I think they' ve complained about it, but it was still there making it hard to sleep. Other than that i think it was a great place and i would recomend it.

Simple place near the train station

I was quite frustrated with the running around to locate the reception as it was confusion and hard to find. Better instruction is needed. Otherwise it was a clean and pleasant place to stay. I like its proximity to the Roma Termini, making it easy to get to the train station to go to another city.

Great location, lovely quiet hotel

I never usually write a review but this hotel was brilliant! It was so close to the train station, so easy access from the airport. The staff were so friendly and let us leave our bags on arrival and all day on departure. When I read the reviews before staying I was worried about finding it and the shower in the room! But we found it fine and the shower in the room was fine for a couple and I thought made it quirky! Compared to other hotels and the price of everything in Rome generally I'd say this hotel is a bargain for its location! Enjoy your Rome stay .... We can't wait to go back!

Clean renovated rooms

The suites were hard to find from the street. Only an unmarked wooden door, no big sign. However, once we had worked out where the rooms and management were located, everything else was fine. The customer service was excellent, the room was spacious, the bathroom modern, and the location was great for some of the major historical attractions as well as the train station.

Okay for the Price but Better Ones Out There

ADVANTAGES: Close to the Roma Termini Station and the Termini Metro, within walking distance to San Giovani Plazza, Colosseum and the Forum, the National Plaza, and Via Del Corso (major shopping street). Many little restaurants around the hotel within walking distance are available until late hours. DISADVANTAGES: The hotel is shared with a private residence and other businesses and is up on the fourth floor. The building's door was opened over half the stay and does not close properly. The area itself seems kind of shady and offers the potential of getting mugged if out after dark...although nothing happened to us...but I wouldn't walk alone after dark. The shower to the room consistently leaked out onto the floor and we had to continuously use all of our towels to dry the floor after each use to the point where EACH towel needed to be rung out. Also, the location is next to a tram line which is very noisy. The wifi was out 75% of the time we were there. This hotel is okay for the money but there are many other hotels in the same area that are just 2 or 3 blocks away from the hotel itself and offer a better area of non-shadiness that actually have a proper reception office and a proper hotel atmosphere.

Close to the train station.

The hotel is located in one floor of a building and is a bit hard to locate. The reception room is inside a closed door and is not open after 10 pm. The hotel is very conveniently located near some of the important sites. It has a nice terrace to sit and relax. Free tea and coffe is available all the time. There are nice dining places just outside the hotel.

Convenient location, well-maintained

WRH Suites were much nicer than I'd expected. It's only about a five minute walk from Roma Termini which made getting to/from the airport super easy. And the Colosseum was about a 20 minute walk. The building seems fairly old, but the room itself was nice, very clean, and comfortably spacious enough for two of us. Our room had a door that went right out to the public terrace which was nice, and the double set of doors made sure that we were never bothered by others who were out there. There's free coffee and tea, and even though the reception is generally only open 8-8, they were very helpful in arranging things and printing tickets for us. Also there are some restaurants just outside that can be quite loud at night, but it never disturbed my sleep. Overall the WRH Suites are a good place if you're in town for a day or two and would prefer to stay close to the train.

Clean and good location

It was more like an apartment than a hotel. But it Was very clean, 5 mins from train and bus station. And about 20-30 mins from the Colloseum. Staff was very Helpful , but they are not there 24hrs.

Good location and value for Roma Termini

The four bedrooms on the fourth floor are good value and location. We stayed here the night before leaving Italy and flying out of Fiumicino. It's only a few blocks from the train station and located near to loads of restaurants. There's no breakfast included, but there is nice free coffee in the shared kitchenette. The desk isn't staffed overnight, so a pack of keys are issued. The front desk opens at 8am, though if we'd left earlier than that we were told we could just leave the keys on the desk and close the main door behind us. We were upgraded to a suite, which has a very open bath and nearly open toilet. My husband and I weren't totally crazy about that. The bath also took ages to fill up. A bonus is the free wifi and in-room computer. The bed was quite large, but a rather cheap mattress. I'd stay there again in the same situation, but perhaps a different location if staying in Rome for longer.

Nice, convenient location and good quality accomodation

This is not a traditional hotel but more like a flat that was converted into a small hotel with 4 rooms in total. It is very pleasant and quiet ambient in a convenient location, close to Termini station. Staff are very helpful and kind, accomodation is relatively clean and quite comfortable. Rooms are equipped with fridge, television and computer with internet access. The only downside is the noise that comes from outside traffic.

Week romano

La struttura si trova in una buona posizione, non troppo distante dalla stazione ma anche poco distante dal Colosseo..inoltre ci sono ristoranti,bar nei dintorni. La camera aveva materassi molto duri e il bagno era sprovvisto di bidet. Il personale è stato molto disponibile e gentile.
