Great boutique hotel that is wonderfully situated. Lots of shopping. Try to get a room away from the front door as it can be very loud.

Nice little hidden gem

A little challenging to find, but the hotel rooms themselves were nicely appointed and clean and located in a great location. Safe and centrally to many ships, restaurants and scenic sites.

This hotel is in an EXCELLENT location! It is very clean and perfect to go back to for resting and a good nights sleep. It’s a bare minimum hotel. No amenities, no room service, no breakfast buffet, etc. The front desk staff was very helpful, very kind and efficient. For the price you may be able to find somewhere with more amenities however, prices are a bit higher everywhere during the holiday season. One thing I would say is if you can’t carry your luggage or have a hard time with steps this would be tough. There is an elevator to a certain floor except for where we were had our room. Overall recommend this hotel! I cannot stress enough that the location is excellent, it’s clean, safe and friendly staff!

The property staff was very friendly, helpful and communicative - they reached out before check in to ask what kind of beds we prefer. the reception however is not 24/7. My only complaint is as the sofa bed, however I would still recommend this spot to anyone! ideal location

I stayed there with my toddler. The elevator fits only one person, hard to fit the stroller in it or luggage. It has a lot of stairs otherwise to get to the room. I had an encounter with a bunch of men who were drunk right outside our room and had to run to the room with my kid and it was very unpleasant and I felt unsafe.
