We rented this apartment due to having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The place is nicely updated, but the hot water did not work in the master bathroom shower. The next closest bathroom retained hot water for a short period of time and then went cold. We contacted the representative the day after we checked in and we didn't hear from him for 3 days. Once we did hear back he said they had a technician come to the apt and said it was working correctly. We had all 3 bathrooms set the same so I am not sure how it could have worked correctly for them and not us. The apartment above ours was also doing a complete renovation and we heard extremely loud demo work from 8am to as late as 6:30pm on some days. We assume there wasn't any way for them to know about the construction so I am not basing our rating on that, but make sure the renovation is complete before you book here because it was insanely loud (and we hadn't planned to get up so early every day!)
