We cannot say enough great things about this cute little hotel and its two wonderful owners! Adorable hotel, great room, clean and comfortable, great breakfast, and a short walk to the beach and all the good restaurants. They have their own shuttle to to get you to where you need to go when you depart! Love love love it! Highly recommend!

We loved this little boutique hotel. They were very accommodating to our early arrival! Held our luggage for the day while we explored Rome. Even met us as we arrived back late to the hotel after dinner in Rome! The breakfast in the morning was fantastic!

Wasn’t aware one could be spoiled, welcomed, treated to kindness and thoughtfulness as the Rome Airport Inn has innovated…. The ratings say much…. They’re accurate…. In need of upgraded bed sheets, bedding, linen? Indeed, rest assured the live-in owners, with two friendly, gracious and helpful children cause joy to reign…. The neighborhood is charming with much to discover…. Yes, there’s a gas station across the street, that’s the last you’ll notice of it…. Gelato, by a creative thinker, next door, family grocer, ten minute walk, coast another ten…. Don’t miss this opportunity …. I highly recommend the Rome Airport Inn. It's a family owed business, and they treat you like royalty. It's a beautiful facility, walking distance to the beach, and they serve a great breakfast.

The hotel is a nice location close the the beach. Many restaurants in the beach walk. They offered nice breakfast for $10 euros per person. They also have nice shuttle service to the airport $25 euro, cheaper than the local taxis. We had a weird smell in the room and we got move to another room the next day.

Our family stayed at Rome Airport Inn for our final night in Rome to be close to the airport, and it was a great choice. After a long travel day—coming from Milan and taking three trains—we were grateful to arrive at such a clean, comfortable, and well-appointed hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the rooms were beautifully designed, and everything was impeccably maintained. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony before taking the convenient airport shuttle the next morning. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable stay near FCO.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating from check in through check out. We highly recommend getting the breakfast. Great place. Impeccably clean. So close to airport. Run by very kind and friendly family. Would definitely stay there again. My only suggestion is better clarification of cancellation policy. We had to cancel one of two nights. Expedia policy implied there would be no penalty but there was. Management did some very nice things to make up for the misunderstanding.

Nice hotel, close to the airport. Very nice people. That said, before booking here, you have to know that the staffing is very limited. They are around in the morning until 1:30 and again back after 4:30 till about 10. I want to appreciate that Alex was kind enough to wait for me to arrive at 2pm, but this is not their usual practice. You basically can't arrive to even drop bags between 1:30 and 4:30 (unless you make special arrangements. And, then, if something happens during the night when you might need help, there's no one to answer the phone. So, consider this before booking here.

Loved this place and would definitely stay again the next time we fly into Rome. The owners are super kind and so accommodating. The rooms have everything you need. If you have a car book ahead of time for a parking space. I didn’t realize you had to book ahead. We lucked out we found parking right in front. But don’t count on it.
