First night plumbing issue relocated to a hotel room nearby 5 mins away, next a noisy bar. The next night back to original room at the SPA room105, sink drain slowly, toilet and shower worked fine, the rooms clean and comfortable with Air conditioning. Staff apologized for the issues.

Billederne på hotels.com var en anelse misvisende. Rummet var markant mindre end på billederne, derudover var Queen size bed, blot 2 madraser der var sat sammen. Men venligt personale og solid rengøring. Lidt fesent at man ikke kan se at der er et 25 Euro gebyr for at checke in om natten nogen steder.

Super Lage, schönes Zimmer

Wir wurden vom Veranstalter vom Vatican Secret ins Vatican Roof umgebucht, das nur einige Gehminuten entfernt liegt. Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, das Zimmer schön und ausgesprochen sauber und es wurde jeden Tag hervorragend gereinigt. Den Spa, der in der Originalbuchung dabei war gab es dort nicht, uns wurde stattdessen 'das allerbeste' Zimmer versprochen. Dies weckte falsche Erwartungen, da wir nur ein Standardzimmer erhielten und keinerlei Upgrade oder Kompensation für die kurzfristige Umbuchung. Die Unterkunft ist wenige Gehminuten vom Petersplatz und es befinden sich viele Cafes, Restaurants und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Vor Ort gibt es keinen Ansprechpartner aber Kontakttelefonnummern. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und hatte allen benötigten Komfort. Leider gab es nur italienischsprachige Fernsehsender und das Internet war unakzeptabel langsam.
