This is the second time staying here. We stay due to the location. It’s walkable to everything! The building is old and has a mildew smell, but the rooms are okay if you are just looking for a cheap place to sleep. Staff at check-in is always helpful.

We had a studio that had 2 bathrooms, which is perfect for three women trying to get ready for the day! The rooftop was so lovely, it felt like the best discovery to make when getting to Rome. The staff was very helpful and warm, and it was super easy to check in & out!

Great location. There was restoration work happening outside the front entrance when we stayed which made accessing the building a bit difficult at times but overall it was a great little studio in a fantastic location and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Area was good. Place was not the cleanest and had a smell. Building was run down. The real kicker was the awful staff. During our stay, our cleaning lady left the door of our apartment/room wide open for God knows how long while cleaning and when we retuned we waiting an additional 30 minutes to see if she planned on returning. She never returned and we also found that the room had no been properly replenish with toiletries including toilet paper. When we confronted the front desk staff, they called the cleaning lady and spoke Italian. After the call, which he had in front of us, he informed me “I told her that she needs to be careful and it won’t happen again in the future”, not knowing that I spoke Italian and responded that he did not say any of that. An older man next to him interjected “what do you want me to do? Kill her? There’s nothing I can do. If you’re missing something let me know and I’ll just claim my insurance.” They did not have any empathy, and were flat out rude. Not even offering the smallest amount of compensation given the fact that our valuables were left exposed for potentially hours. Awful service

Hotel room was dark. No natural lifght. The windows opened to a dingy outside wall. A bit of a stress to get too as check in was off site and taxi couldn’t travel the full way to hotel. Hotel was not as pictured. Housecleaning moved our towels that were hanging and instead of changing hung up bunched up so they were still wet when we returned at night. The bathroom was newly renovated and great water pressure. The view from the terrace upstairs was lovely and the location unbeatable so worth the inconveniences. Check out process was easy. Simply left the keys in the room as requested.
