Wow what an amazing apartment! It’s so comfortable and beautiful. Perfect place for the 5 of us women and had an elevator for my elderly mom and aunt. Thank you! The water pressure was great too and the beds were comfy!

Sin agua la primera noche

El apartamento está muy cerca de la estación de Termini, a 5 minutos andando, pero el barrio no es de los mejores, no transmite mucha seguridad por la noche. El apartamento es grande pero no estaba muy limpio, uno de los baños olía a pis y tuvimos que limpiarlo con lavavajillas porque no había otra cosa, para quitar el olor. El primer día llegamos a las 21h, la chica que nos hizo el checking muy amable y todo ok en el apartamento salimos a cenar, pero cuando volvimos no había agua, no salía agua de ninguno de los grifos, con lo que no nos pudimos ni lavarnos los dientes antes de acostarnos. Escribí tanto a la chica que nos hizo el checking como al propietario a través de la plataforma pero no nos contestó ninguno de los dos, entendimos que al ser las doce de la noche nos contestarían a la mañana siguiente pero no hubo respuesta. El propietario nunca nos ha contestado a este tema y la chica nos respondió al día siguiente a las 12h del medio día para preguntar si no había en ningún grifo del apartamento pero no nos dio ninguna explicación ni ninguna disculpa, así que a la noche siguiente nos preocupamos de llegar antes de las doce de la noche por si era una práctica habitual cortar el agua, pero afortunadamente había agua. Así que de tres noches que estuvimos una la pasamos sin poder lavarnos ni utilizar el baño y no hemos tenido ninguna explicación por parte del propietario ni ningún tipo de compensación.
