This is the second time we have stayed there in two weeks. The first stay was great and I would rate it a 5 out of 5. The second time we were put in room 204 and the bathroom needed attention. We could not engage the overhead shower so we had to use the handheld shower. Also the shower would not drain properly and we were standing in water. We only stayed there one night on the second stay so we were not able to address the issues.

The rooms met our expectations perfectly, featuring good-sized beds and a spacious bathroom. The location was also fantastic, being conveniently close to Piazza del Popolo, the metro, and other main attractions. Additionally, the neighborhood felt safe and was pleasantly quiet.

Emplacement excellent !!!!

Bien été, mais j’ai trouvé un peu compliqué la façon d’entrer dans la bâtisse. Il faut absolument avoir un accès internet. L’entrée se fait à partir de notre téléphone, c’est assez inhabituel. La chambre est à 2 minutes de la place du peuple et du métro Flaminio !!! Emplacement vraiment top!!!!

If you don't have a cell phone, you're in trouble!

This location was perfect for us, the apartment nice and roomy...but, how the onsite keys/door code (at location) was handled was a nightmare for us, although the manager did try to work with us. Cannot fault him there. Our phones would not work internationally. Also, set up 2 months in advance to have taxi and confirmed when we checked in. Taxi did not arrive and we had to walk several blocks to find one to transport to the airport. There was no trash can in kitchen area.
