Location, location, location. This place has a wonderful location. close to everything that attracts tourists and an incredible amount of restaurants within walking distance. All serving delicious food.Things I wish I would’ve known before traveling to Rome.1. Bidets are a thing, toilet paper… not so much. To clarify, all restaurants have TP. This beautiful VRBO will only provide 6 rolls of TP during your stay. This is important for me to share with you because we had 7 people in our party. You can imagine how fast 6 rolls of TP lasted2. The tourist attractions, like the Vatican and Colosseum, will ID you for entry. Be prepared and have everyone’s ID handy3. Yes, the host will ask you to fill out sensitive information about yourself on a site that seems like a phishing scam…I was told it is not a phishing scam. I had a tough time with this but I did it anyway (praying for the best)4. None of the beds have mattress protectors (yikes!)5. Host was not happy with me when I reached out for TP, batteries for the door lock and to ask for fresh blankets. Requests were made on separate days6. The washer/dryer unit is a unique experience. Gotta try it for yourself to see7. The elevator fits 3 people. Wheelchairs were very difficult to transport up and down in that spaceAm I happy I made the trip to Rome? Yes, yes I am.Would I do it again? Yes, and I would find a place that has mattress covers and more TP :D I might be asking for too much though. A girl can dream.

We a fantastic stay in Rome. The Penthouse apartment was in a great location, 5 min walk to the metro and 3mins to bus stop. The apartment was very nice, looked exactly like the pictures, clean and well stocked. Check in was very easy and communication with the owner was very prompt. Highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful Stay in Roma

We had a lovely time in Rome, accommodations were exactly as shown. Nice to come home to the AC and amenities at the end of the day. Many restaurants in the area along with gelato stops around the corner. We loved the area because it was quiet, not so touristy. Easy access to transportation, cabs were right around the corner. Riccardo was a wonderful host and was always available to answer questions and checked in upon our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. Wonderful place to stay if you are visiting Rome!

Perfect place in Rome

We stayed at this place with the group of friends in April. The apartment is great with plenty of space. Location is perfect and is within the walking distance from all the major attractions. There are tons of restaurants, shops literally around the corner. The host was great to work with. Highly recommend it!

Visiting my Son abroad on Rome

This spacious apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk or quick taxi ride from all the main attractions. It looks just as beautiful in person as it does online, and the host was incredibly accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. Clean, safe, convenient

There is plenty of space & it was clean and comfortable. This place is in a quieter nicer part of town. We felt very safe here. Check in was very easy & the manager gave clear easy to follow instructions for getting in the property. The lift was also nice to have.

Very Nice Apartment

Nice apartment that’s 20-30 minute walk to main Rome attractions. Good communication with the owner and place was as described. Only recommendation would be to get a stronger Wi-Fi router as it doesn’t reach the bedrooms with doors closed. Otherwise the experience was very nice. Thank you

Beautiful apartment!

Four of us shared this apartment for a few days in Rome. It is spacious and clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Many restaurants within 10 walk. It has air conditioning!

Excellent location and wonderful apartment

We absolutely loved everything about our stay in this apartment. It was spacious for our family of four. It was my husband and I with our adult daughters. Restaurants were in every direction, along with supermarkets and the best neighborhood. We were near everything but not in the craziness of the touristy areas. Cabs were easily available. We loved coming back to the apartment. AC worked great, which is a must in July. Two bathrooms were a plus. The responsiveness from our host was perfect and he arranged for airport pickup and drop off. Cannot say enough about this apartment and the location. Prepare for a non-US size lift. We preferred the stairs for the workout several times per day, but two people can fit in the lift. Perfect for all our bags as we were headed to our son's wedding in Tuscany. Best to our host. We would definitely come again.

True Roman Experience

I am a dual Canadian/Italian citizen and have travelled to Rome numerous times. My family’s experience in this wonderful apartment was priceless. I’m not sure you could find a better true Roman experience in a unique neighborhood, with a host that led me to some phenomenal restaurants.

A Rome Adventure

This apartment was very nice and clean. It was well stocked with enough supplies for at least two nights which enabled us to not have to go to the store for some basics. It is located out of the hustle of downtown with some restaurants and grocery stores very close. Parking was somewhat difficult but the landlord gave us a good suggestion and we parked and kept the car there the whole time. We took the bus into town for our tours and the bus stop was just a short walk away.

10 days in Prati

The apartment was very spacious. The two bedrooms were in their own wing and sparate from the living area which was very convenient. An additional sitting room could be closed to create a third bedroom but we had no need to do that so we used it as an extra lounging area. The rooms had great light with one looking out over an interior courtyard. As we were staying for more than a week we were able to cook several dinners and watch some movies. The applicances worked well and were nice to have; we did laundry a few times during our stay. (I was able to make coffee every morning and sit out on the interior balcony - which was nice.) The manager of the property made things easy for us and always replied promptly within a few minutes, to our questions. He glady was able to make recommendations and even to arrange for transportation to/from the airport. Prati is a great area to stay in Rome. From this apartment one can easily walked to all the attractions in less than 20 minutes. We had a wondeful, relaxed and leisurely time.

Great place

We liked staying Piazza del popolo. Neat and clean modern property with 2 bedrooms and a third room with beds. Riccardo is very helpful, and co-ordinated our entire stay with a pick at the airport. He responds within 15 mins every single time, even after hours and made our stay very nice. The apartment in on the 5th floor, in a quaint building with an elevator. Location is great, quiet, walkable to the Vatican and also to the river. The only thing to remember is during checking process, the luggage storage place is next to the Vatican, and hence the apartment is a good 15 mins walk, please keep that in mind when you arrive with luggage.We would stay here again on our next trip. Thank you.

Great location and beautiful property - wonderful -

The property was perfect for us. The communication was excellent and made the arrival and departure seamless. The apartment was exactly as stated, and pictures were also accurate as well. Beautiful stay and location next to Vatican, neighborhood Prati, Castle, and so much more. Thank you for the recommendations for dining and navigating while in Rome. We were sad to leave. Apartment was perfect for 3 of us. 2 Bedroom plus 2 bathroom. Extra space for additional guests if need. Apartment was safe, secure, spacious, welcoming, clean, great area near great food. We hope to come back and will be in touch.
